A total of 15% of the seats are reserved for students belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories, and 7.5% of the seats are reserved for students belonging to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories.
NEET PG counselling is the process through which eligible candidates are allotted seats in various postgraduate medical courses offered by government and private colleges across India. The counselling is conducted by MCC i.e., the Medical Counselling Committee of the DGHS i.e., Directorate General of Health Services on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW).
Candidates who have qualified in the NEET PG entrance examination must register on the official website of MCC and participate in the counselling process.
